Heather began her hospitality career with Hyatt Hotels and has worked with Wyndham Hotels and the Washington DC, Baltimore, MD and the San Jose, CA Bureau in various sales roles for over the past 18 years. Her current responsibilities with Station Casinos include marketing their hotels as a premier destination to the Mid-Atlantic region ,including District of Columbia, Maryland and Virginia. She has been a PMPI member since 2007 and a committee member and co chair of Leadership Development . In addition, she is a member with us Because Networking Group. SGMP, ASAE, NCBMP and PCMA. Heather credits her growth in this industry "to wonderful mentors who helped me to choose my steps wisely along the way". Heather received her education from Howard University in Washington, DC and currently resides in Columbia, MD with her family.

Definition of Leadership: Not only to lead by example but mentor others on how  they can become a leader.  Everything that we do in life takes a village and not one leader can say they did  it alone including myself.
