Definition of Leadership: True leadership is not rooted in egoism or independence, but instead is rooted in serving others and interdependence. Great leaders facilitate those around them to achieve success. Additionally, inspirational leaders are people of character who put others first, skilled communicators, compassionate collaborators, and strategic thinkers who lead with honorable authority.
