Matthew Wales, CMP
American Association of Colleges for Teacher Education
Matthew Wales is currently the Director of Meetings, Events, and Special projects for the American Association of Colleges for Teacher Education (AACTE). Matthew began his career with AACTE in 2006 after having spent three years as a Marketing Specialist at the Educational Research Service (ERS) and one year as a high school English teacher. He has been an active member of MPI since 2008, having previously served on several committees and as the Board Director for Strategic Events. Matthew received his Bachelor’s Degree in German, International Relations, and Secondary Education from Wabash College in Indiana, his home state. When not busy working, Matthew is an avid supporter of the music industry and attends concerts in the many great venues that DC has to offer.
