PMPI Needs Your Help!

Contribute your talents, knowledge and creativity to your chapter by serving on one of PMPIs Committees. A whole is only as good as the sum of its parts, and you are what makes PMPI great! Ad Hoc Provides assistance to fellow committees as need arises. Designed for volunteers with unusual schedules or out of the area members who want to participate on a committee when they can	Community Outreach The COC aims to get PMPI’s name out in the community through volunteer work. Each year our committee members select a Charity of the Year, which becomes the focus of our volunteer efforts.

Educational Development We create and implement PMPIs top-notch E2, Educational Events, Grab & Go Lunch Sessions and Webinars. Working closely with the SAS committee we run the logistics for the events!	Member Care Works to maintain membership growth through the following programs: member recruitment, member retention, member engagement, ambassador program and the Ad-Hoc committee.

Publications Were you the high school news paper editor, or did you ever want to be? Here is your chance to layout, decided on content and present PMPIs best foot forward in our Potomac Memo, Connections and our member directly.

Student Relations We are committed to our student members of PMPI as they are our big. Bright future! Help us make our PMPI students shine in and outside of the classroom, and lets prepare them the road to success.	Strategic Events Do people describe you “artistic” or “creative”? Are you someone who likes to think “outside the box?” If you answered yes to any of these questions, then this is the Committee for you!

Strategic Alliances & Site Selection (SASS) Broaden your horizon and deepen your industry knowledge but negotiating a contract or going on a site visit. Planners, you know this is just what the doctor ordered, and a super fit for you all!	Member Recognition Who doesn’t like a pat on the back for a job well done? We Provide recognition and appreciation to PMPI members for their dedication to the Chapter and contributions to the industry.

Mid Atlantic Conference and Expo (MACE) Want to experience the thrill of producing a full scale nationally recognized meeting industry show? Come share your talents with the MACE team! Logistics, speaker liaison, marketing, you name it we do it!	Leadership Development Creating leaders within PMPI is what we do! Share your leadership skills and techniques with your fellow members of PMPI.
