Member Care Committee
We’re not happy till you the members are happy! We strive to maintain and grow membership through the following programs: member recruitment, member retention, member engagement, ambassador program and the Ad-Hoc committee. We also are responsible for maintaining the Ad-Hoc committee membership by assisting other committees on a project by project basis.
Responsibilities:
- Organize member recruitment events throughout the year
- Exhibit at local tradeshows to help drive membership
- Plan member orientations and committee fairs
- Coordinate the Ambassador Program
Whatever time you have available! Depending on the project, the time commitment can range from 30 minutes by making retention phone calls to members who have memberships due for renewal up to a few hours by coordinating a committee fair. We’ll take whatever you can give!
PMPI Story:
The best part about the Member Care committee is that we get to interact with all PMPI Members! From networking with prospective members at recruitment events to greeting new members during orientations and via the Ambassador Program to assisting seasoned members with questions about membership, we work with everyone!
